Man oh man! Work is just letting me have it. Believe me I am beginning to reminisce fondly of days of yore when I could sit back at work and simply bring quality informative content out. It’s all billable hours so it’s all good.
Puppy was purchased and continues to be a thorn in my sleep schedule. I’ve also come to the realization that putting hopes into my self being physically capable of completing all of my work tasks and still having enough energy to be energized to the point of regularly working out are false.
Therefore the new plan is to attempt to rise one hour earlier than typical and to get in a workout there. I remember a few months ago when I was regularly working out that I had a considerable increase in energy throughout the day. The goal is to get the workouts going 3-4 days a week. The challenge is actually getting up and loosing that hour of sleep. I keep telling myself that I am young and don’t need sleep, but my body seems to think that I’m a fool.
Sorry for the suck known as this post. I try to keep it more commentary than diary, but work has me so focused that really there is little of the outside world that I am able to look at lately.
Work home and sleep. Rinse repeat in 50 years you retire. Huzzah!!
